What type of clothing does Mannado Originals sell?
Mannado Originals offers T-shirts, oversized T-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, shirts and other clothing styles, along with custom-printed clothing.
What material are your T-shirts made from?
Our regular-fit T-shirts are made from 100% cotton.
What sizes are available?
Sizes vary by product. Please check the individual product page for the available sizes before placing your order.
CUSTOM CLOTHING
Can I print my own photo or design on clothing?
Yes. Mannado Originals offers custom printing on suitable clothing, including T-shirts, oversized T-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, shirts and more.
How do I send my design or photo?
After placing your custom order, send your design/photo through WhatsApp along with your Order ID.
What type of file should I send?
Send the highest-quality file available. PNG, JPG, PDF and other high-resolution formats may be suitable depending on the design.
For logos and artwork, a high-resolution or transparent PNG is preferred when appropriate.
When should I send my design?
For custom orders, please send your design/photo as soon as possible after placing your order, preferably within 1–2 hours.
Can I customize the text or artwork?
Customization depends on the product and printing requirements. Contact us before ordering if you have a specific customization request.

How can I place an order?
Choose your product, select the required size/colour where applicable, add it to your cart and complete checkout.
Are taxes included in the price?
Displayed prices are intended to include applicable GST unless otherwise stated.
Can I change my order after placing it?
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, changes may not be possible.

How long does it take to dispatch my order?
Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 3–4 business days, subject to availability and order requirements.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery time depends on your location and courier service. Delays may occasionally occur because of courier operations, weather, holidays or other circumstances.
Will I receive tracking information?
Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after your order is dispatched.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Can I return a product?
Eligible ready-made products may be returned according to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Can I return a customized product?
Customized products may not be eligible for return or exchange because of change of mind, personal preference or incorrect information/design submitted by the customer.
If the customized product has a genuine issue caused by Mannado Originals, contact us for assistance.
What if I receive the wrong or damaged product?
Contact us as soon as possible with your Order ID and clear photos/videos of the product and packaging. Our team will review the issue and guide you.

Do you accept wholesale orders?
Yes. We accept wholesale and bulk clothing enquiries.
Can I order custom printed clothing in bulk?
Yes. Contact us with your required quantity, clothing type, design and printing requirements for further information.
