RETURNS & REFUNDS

At Mannado Originals, we want you to receive your order in the expected condition and size. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

ELIGIBLE RETURNS

If your order arrives with a wrong product, manufacturing defect, damage or another genuine issue, please contact us with your Order ID and clear photos/videos of the received product.

Our team will review the issue and guide you through the next steps.

WRONG PRODUCT OR DAMAGED ORDER

If you receive a product different from what you ordered, or the product arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please keep the product, packaging and shipping label safely until the issue has been reviewed.

SIZE / PRODUCT RETURNS

For eligible ready-made products, return or exchange availability may depend on the product, order and applicable return conditions.

The product must be unused, unwashed and in its original condition with tags/packaging intact, wherever applicable.

CUSTOMIZED CLOTHING

Customized products are made according to the customer’s selected garment and submitted design/photo.

Because customized clothing is personalized, customized orders may not be eligible for return or exchange due to change of mind, personal preference or incorrect design/photo submitted by the customer.

If your customized product has a manufacturing defect, printing issue, wrong garment or another error attributable to Mannado Originals, please contact us for assistance.

NON-RETURNABLE CONDITIONS

A return may not be accepted if the product:

Has been worn or washed
Has been damaged after delivery
Has been altered or modified
Is returned without the required original condition/packaging, where applicable
Is a customized product being returned only because of change of mind or personal preference
