2. PRODUCTS
We make reasonable efforts to display product images, colours, designs, sizes and descriptions as accurately as possible.
Actual colours may vary slightly depending on your device screen, lighting and photography.
Product availability may change without prior notice.
3. PRICES
All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (₹).
Unless otherwise stated, applicable GST is included in the displayed product price.
We reserve the right to change product prices, offers and promotions at any time. Price changes will not normally affect an order that has already been successfully confirmed.
4. ORDERS
Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance if the product is unavailable, there is an obvious pricing error, or there is another issue that prevents us from fulfilling the order.
If we are unable to fulfill a confirmed order, we will communicate with you and take the appropriate next step.
5. CUSTOM CLOTHING ORDERS
For customized clothing, customers are responsible for providing the correct:
- Design/photo
- Text
- Size
- Colour
- Garment selection
- Other customization details
Please carefully check the information you provide before production.
Customized products may not be eligible for return or exchange simply because of a change of mind or because incorrect information/design was submitted by the customer.
If the issue is caused by an error attributable to Mannado Originals, please contact us for assistance.
6. DESIGN & CONTENT RIGHTS
By submitting a photo, logo, artwork or other design for printing, you confirm that you have the necessary rights or permission to use that content.
Customers must not submit content that infringes another person’s copyright, trademark, privacy or other legal rights.
Mannado Originals reserves the right to refuse a customization request where we reasonably believe the submitted content may violate applicable laws or third-party rights.
7. PAYMENT
Orders must be paid through the payment methods made available on the website.
For wholesale or business orders, separate payment terms may apply as agreed with Mannado Originals.
8. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 3–4 business days, subject to product availability and order requirements.
Delivery times may vary depending on the courier service, destination and circumstances outside our control.

9. RETURNS & REFUNDS
Returns and refunds are subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
